Spent New Year’s at this hotel, and I gotta say, the breakfast was a highlight! Fresh fruits and plenty of choices kept mornings exciting. The location is also key—pretty central, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and tried to help with any issues I had, which was nice.

My experience was a bit frustrating. The parking situation was chaotic, with different prices every day. Plus, figuring out the TV was a hassle. it wasn’t the best stay, especially for a holiday!

The location was perfect and stunning for exploring this nice enough area, not far from Londrina, Londrina downtown and Brasil. It was 1 km from Giraffe Stop, offering quick-service food. The service was good, the food was delicious.

The room was clean and comfortable, featuring great water pressure in the shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and valet service was efficient.

I particularly enjoyed the delicious food, with a wide variety of meal options available.

The hotel boasts an amazing location in a lovely area, conveniently situated near the center of Londrina, the 'bing band music festival, and the downtown area. it is just 6 km from the View Heathrow Observation Deck. the rooms are quiet and clean, featuring hypoallergenic pillows and private bathrooms equipped with all the essentials.

The housekeeping staff kept the room clean and tidy throughout our stay, and the laundry service was a great bonus. We also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, which gave us a warm welcome. The hotel amenities were fantastic, with a dining restaurant and bar/lounge area, and the breakfast was simply amazing. We loved the special diet menus and the staff even brought warm pão de queijo to our table – a delightful touch. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations.
