The location was perfect and stunning for exploring this nice enough area, not far from Londrina, Londrina downtown and Brasil. It was 1 km from Giraffe Stop, offering quick-service food. The service was good, the food was delicious.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location in the center of the city was perfect for exploring all that the area has to offer. The staff here is absolutely amazing, providing top-notch service and going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room service was excellent, and they even offered car hire and dry cleaning services for added convenience. The housekeeping staff kept the room clean and tidy throughout our stay, and the laundry service was a great bonus. We also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, which gave us a warm welcome. The hotel amenities were fantastic, with a dining restaurant and bar/lounge area, and the breakfast was simply amazing. We loved the special diet menus and the staff even brought warm pão de queijo to our table – a delightful touch. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations.

We stayed in this hotel on our business trip and it was great. The hotel is located downtown and close to a music festival, which was very convenient. They have amazing facilities, such as free parking and transportation to nearby areas. Also, the hotel was very clean and tidy. The breakfast they served was fantastic, with many delicious options. However, what really made our stay enjoyable was the staff. They were very friendly and helpful, making us feel at home.

Our New Year stay was fantastic! the breakfast selection was exquisite with a wide range of delicious dishes and outstanding service. the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were sparkling clean. the location was perfect, within easy walking distance of many restaurants and shops. we enjoyed the complimentary parking, which was very convenient.

The free internet connection was not very reliable, it sometimes disconnected randomly making it difficult to keep up with our work. the chairs were not comfortable at all, not ideal for sitting and working for long periods of time.
